This my research is related to US/World statistics pertaining to gun violence and countries population's mental health (see Tableau public visualization below)
The results of this research show that US is a world leader in gun violence deaths as well as leader in population's mental health issues among developed countries.
Due to strong correlation between population mental health and gun violence (as showing on my visualization dashboard) - the gun violence prevention laws may need to go further in regards of
gun buying process: for instance, include as mandatory some specific medical record from any mental health professional to make sure that person who is buying lethal weapon does not have
any mental disorder (i.e. depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.).
